I had two phone screening interviews followed by 5 online interview. This panel interview was scheduled across 2 days and they responded within 5 days of the interview. All the interviews including phone interviews were bases on Amazon Leadership Principle. And each interviewer has 2 leadership principle they were focusing on. Suggest you to prepare detailed examples using STAR framework against each leadership principle.
