The process from start to finish took over a month. They emphasize the focus on leadership principles and how you've practiced them yourself throughout your career. Data to back up your experience is necessary. Speaking to the team during the interview process was great, everyone was really nice.

Interview
The interviewers were very friendly and easy to talk to. I spoke to five people: two documentation managers, an editor, a programmer writer, and a software engineer manager. I was offered a break between each interview. The interview process was very organized. Each interviewer took detailed notes on their laptops. I could tell these were going into a format or matrix that would be evaluated later.
