I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at American Express (Neu-Delhi)
Interview
Initial round is one-to-one HR round. General questions asked about oneself. Then, they take a test in which one is expected to write a professional E-Mail. Then, it is followed by a written test which expects us to answer multiple-choice questions. No negative-marking. If you pass in these tests, you are called for a one-to-one round with Hiring Manager. This is the final round. Pass it and congratulations, you are hired.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at American Express (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Nov 2022
Interview
When HR reached out to me I had clearly informed her of my expectation and the lowest figure I'll join at. The process had just 1 round with the hiring manager. I cleared that, then came in the sleezy HR bas**rd. They offered me Rs.100k less than my last ctc. When I told her that we already had a discussion on this, she literally said, "You don't deserve that much." That newbie with <1 yr exp was telling me my worth.
