AppDynamics Sales Operations Partner Analyst interview questions

One of the reviews here talks about very unprofessional and rude recruiter and I couldn’t agree more with that. The only difference was that in my case it was SHE not HE. Which makes me think that actually the culture of this company is completely aggressive, vindictive and exploitative. She was shouting over the phone as if I was an idiot, saying that the company only hires outstanding individuals, who are ready to take an extra mile to be successful. At the end after about 2 weeks waiting she’s arrange an interview with the hiring manager. It went well and I moved to the next stage. However, it took the recruiter 1.5 weeks to confirm this and another week for someone to schedule another interview with the peer in AMER. It went well and the lady seemed very nice and positive and said she is happy for me to move to the next stage. 3 days later I followed up – no response. After 3 more days another follow up – the first recruiter said she will get back to me – never did. Just to mention all interviews were driven by AMER even the recruiter was based there. Bottom line - if you do have a choice – AVOID this company. Appdynamics – if you care at all about having intelligent and positive individuals working for you – change your recruiters. I am happy this didn't work out because I now have a job in a company with great culture and management.
