I applied online. I interviewed at Apple (Cupertino, CA) in Jul 2023
Interview
Went through two rounds of phone interviews but not moving forward. The questions were mostly based on my technical background including research and work experience. The most concerning part was that they asked the employee to be on-site and not accept remote working options.

Asked a lot of technical questions and very specific questions about past experience. They don't ask non engineering related question and will get to the technical part immediately. several rounds and all are mix of technical and behavior
Applied to opening on the Apple careers page, recruiter reached out to me with a screening questionnaire over email, then a team member interviewed me and I was proceeded to the final round with the hiring manager, after which I promptly received a decision.

I applied online. I interviewed at Apple (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
1st one with an existing Reliability engineer for 0.5 hour.
2nd one with hiring manager for 0.5 hour as well. Felt rushed and half hour not enough time. They dont ask Google type questions like if you got to be any animal, what would it be and why? They get straight to it.
