I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (Cupertino, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
Internal recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. Phone screen with recruiter. Phone interview with hiring manager. In person interview with 6 cross functional partners and hiring manager. Questions were standard behavioral and situational questions. Interviewers all asked the same types of questions.
Interview was scheduled from 10am to 2pm and lunch was not provided. I brought granola bars just in case, but was still starving. The recruiter looked at me like I had 3 heads when I asked if lunch would be provided. The recruiter said that I should be fine if I brought my own snacks. You are treated as if you are so fortunate to be considered for a position there. Some of the most arrogant people that I have come across in my professional career.
2 screens and on site with 8 people. The staff were friendly, you couldn't really see through them which to me is not authentic, the conversations should predict the outcome.I understand everyone interviewing must recommend you,i cant imagine what is it like gathering opinion from 8 different people.Good vibes and great experienced

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (Bengaluru) in May 2018
Interview
Was for 3 rounds. Very well organised. Did got delayed due to non availability of the persons. Overall, Not a good experience. Need to improve. They are not focused while talking to the candidate. There was a lot of distraction as the person asking questions was taking breaks.
