Arm interview questions

After more than a year of applying to around 25 positions at different experience levels, and with almost 20 years of experience in software engineering, I never even get to the point of talking to someone, despite being on site. The initial CV screening seems to be exclusively keyword based with complete disregard of actual demonstrable experience. The application will either be automatically rejected within 24 hours, or will remain in Under Review forever. I simply do not believe, under any circumstance, that my CV is not even worth to reach the point where you can talk to a computer.

The HR person sent me a link to schedule the first (HR screening) interview. I was waiting for her on MS Teams at the agreed time, but no one showed up. I sent her an email saying I was there, but no one else was. I then received an automatic reply instructing me to contact another HR person. I wrote to that person and waited 15 days, but received no response. If this is how they value me during the hiring process, I don't even want to imagine how they'd treat me afterward.
