I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Avanade (Helsinki, Südfinnland) in Aug 2024
Interview
First there was a screening call with recruiter. She told me some general things about Avanade, introduced with local benefits and told me about the role requirements and asked information about my expertise.
The second phase was an interview with the hiring manager. He was rude, asked inappropriate questions about myself and it was also found out that the information that the recruiter provided were partially false. After second interview, there were no communication about the process in any kind and also I felt that the manager were also a toxic person. So I didn't bother to reach out either. I would recommend to stay clear of this place, there are plenty of other good cloud services' organizations in the market.
