Standard banking competency questions. Asked what FTSE 500 companies I would invest in and why. Met a Snr RM as well as a Jr RM and the head of a department within the CIB side of things.
Applied in Nov 2015, heard back April 2016. Straight away invited to interview after initial emails in April. One interview with several people mentioned above, after that I was offered the job.
easy and stragneit forawrd, I was exepcted some techinal question, but they did not ask much about them and ask more about motiviation instead, so queite easy, and make sure you know the company
Thorough with behavioural questions, face to face interview with a panel. Interesting questions were asked to challenge the candidate. Overall, a reasonable assessment process, will study the company thoroughly before going for another interview there.
