I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bain & Company
Interview
Campus recruiting. Bain was very organized throughout the process. They even hosted a case interview workshop prior to first round interviews, which was helpful for someone who hadn't interviewed in a while. Practice your cases back to front, and get good estimates about market sizing. All of that came up in my interview process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Two relatively basic cases, one about semiconductor growth and one about the bottled tea market.
Stattdessen Reaktionsfragen à la „Wie würdest du in Situation XYZ reagieren?". Mit solider Vorbereitung nichts Unerwartetes. Alle Interviewer sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen — angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre throughout.
2 rounds of 3 interviews.
The first round includes a fit interview.
All interviews feel very relaxed, but they still expect you to move through the case fast and in a structured way.
