BairesDev Project Manager interview questions

It started with the interviewer explaining what the interview would be like and who BairesDev was. So I was able to describe my experience and how long I spent in each position. The interviewer explained how the company works and her personal experience of a few years at BairesDev. Now I will wait the algoritms match my experiences with some job openings and then I will receive an offer.

The selection process was completely calm and relaxed. The interviewer made me feel completely comfortable throughout the interview, being completely respectful and understanding. Throughout the process, I was asked about my responsibilities in previous companies and about the area in which I currently work.
