Multiple rounds. Start with online situational tests after completing application. Then have to complete online 'assessment centre' (one-to-one calls with organizers of the program - more technical knowledge needed here). Final stage is in person interview day with colleagues of differing desks and stages of career, includes interview with program organisers.
