I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bank of America in Feb 2010
Interview
Woke up one morning and saw my inbox with an interview offer from Bank of America Institutional Mortgage Services department and was extremely excited. Did some research and found that BofA recently acquired Countrywide Financial so that I would be interning with that branch.
Pre Interview social was in a very intimate setting at the Blue Whiskey in Westwood. There was only 1 associate and 1 senior there along with the recruiting officer with 10 college kids from UCLA.
Interview consisted of a 2 1:1 interviews with the associate and the senior. Typical 5 question format testing and rating an individual on his/her performance in school, problem solving abilities in life/work, and adaptability.
Overall- very straightforward behavioral interview- very friendly and easy to talk to. Looking to hear from them soon.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time when you effectively communicated to someone at work/school/extracurriculars.
The interview was with two people at the same time. There was only one round and the interview lasted an hour. No technical questions, everything was behavioral. Overall a good experience.
Application, followed by hirevue and interviews by analysts. Standard interview questions provided during the interview, such as introducing yourself, strengths and weakness, and technical questions on financial accounting. Overall pleasant interview.

Question 1
Introduce yourself, accounting questions that are standard
Very easy process and recruiter were super nice. I did it through a program so I think most of us got an offer though. I would recommend to anyone out of college just make sure you use the STAR method.
