The process took a while, around 3 - 4 weeks. First you need to summit your CV, then they invite you to an online exam, after another week they invite you to an Assessment Center (only one task in English, the rest in German). Then they share with you some feedback and depending on that they invite you or not to an interview. In general, I consider the process really long and not ideal, they suggest applying with at least 3 months in advance to the ideal starting date. A person with around 3 years of working experience, should do the whole process of online exam and assessment center. But if you are an intern or working student, already working in the company, you don't need to do it. It seems that some managers can avoid this long process, sometimes. They also don't mention the German level that you should have (at least C1). With a B2 is difficult to qualify.
