I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Best Buy (Alabaster, AL) in Oct 2013
Interview
Went through a series of 3 interviews. The first time was on 3 separate days the second time was on 2 separate days, so I had 2 interviews back to back. They weren't anything hard or difficult about them. I just had to tell about myself, what I do, why interested in the posistion and answer i couple of questions about the department.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Best Buy (Howell, NJ) in Oct 2010
Interview
The interview started out with a call to come in. When I went in I was interviewed by one of the assistant managers who asked me very simple questions like what should happen to someone who steals? etc. I answered everything correctly and within the next 5 minutes I interviewed with the main store manager who asked me the same questions. I was then offered the job on the spot.

Explain a time where you had to help someone, and what was the outcome?
I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Best Buy (Mishawaka, IN) in May 2012
Interview
The interview process itself was great. Everyone was friendly and very thorough. The hiring process was slightly worse. They took forever to call me back after submitting my profile during a "hiring immediately" time, and that was AFTER I called them 5 times to see if anyone had looked at my application.

Question 1
No real difficult questions were asked. They were all really simple and to-the-point.
