Best Buy Customer Service interview questions

The interview process was easy. I applied for the job and was sent an invitation to do an interview online. I then had to go inside the store to do another interview and was was offered a job.

When they send you a video for the video interview that say "click here for the practice interview" and once you click on it. It's not the practice it's the actually interview. So you can easily mistake it and send in your practice one. Which really sucks. Also they ask 3 questions the first and the last question was the same. I also thought it was the practice one so I didn't really answer the 3rd question since it was the same as the first.
