phone interview prescreen interview with supervisor interview with general manager drug screen background test very friendly representatives until you get the job. overall not bad just not what I expected. too many upsales
3 separate interviews: supervisor, manager, and finally the GM who offered me the job. I thought it would never end. All three were warm. I was nervous of course, but management was pleasant.
Be as positive as you can, if asked about past employment talk about how you resolved issues with customers or coworkers.
Mostly behavioral questions. Big on company culture and what sets you apart from other candidates and WHY Best Buy. 2 Rounds, first round Phone call then final round Video call with Panelists.

Mostly it is behavioral followed by standard interview-type questions. Follow up with some more technical questions and then wrap up interview with any questions comments or concern for the interviewer
