Interview
Got a call for a 1:1, and went in for the interview. Very straight forward, asked about my customer service experience, as well as my technical experience. A few troubleshooting questions that are not hard to answer. It was a very informal interview, nothing stressful. The questions dealt more with customer service than anything else

Applied online, got a call the next day to interview one on one. Sat down at a tv screen that tried to preach me it's propaganda. Immediately asked to get back up..left me no time to relax..passed the interview given a time to come back.

Interview
The interview process is fairly average. There aren't too many hard questions. Justr the basics like, "Exlain a time when you went above and beyond to get the sale" "Explain a time when you had to take charge in a group". But MAKE SURE you are on time. I was 5 minutes late to an interview and they told me to reapply and come back in 30 days.
