Best Buy interview questions

I applied online and was surprised that I was called back the same day to schedule an interview. I went in knowing not much about Best Buy except that they were a big-box electronics retailer. I went in with an open mind and my usual set of interview skills and the interview proceeded as a normal interview would. I was asked the usual set of questions about how I would would deal with sepcific situations with customers and how I dealt with commong situtations in the past. overall a pretty generic interview.

After completing the online personality test, I went into the Best Buy store before they called me to come in for the job fair. They basically told me the same things they were going to tell me over the phone. A few workers that saw that I was inquiring about the job, were nice enough to give me tips, hints, and tricks for the initial interview. The most repetitive thing was to smile. Which reminds me, there are three interviews. The more interviews, the higher up the interviewer is (i.e. the first person is the supervisor, then next is the manager, and the last is the general manager.) My only advice is to turn off your phone during the job fair even if your waiting for hours and don't get discouraged if there's a lot of people, they're probably using their phone.
