Multiple interview rounds with potential colleagues at equal grades and above. Covered the teams I'd be most likely to collaborate with. Some questions seemed vague on purpose and they would make no attempt to make themselves clearer.

Normal, applied online. Invitation sent via email. Hiring manager round and then panel round. Panel round had to be rescheduled, and one of the panel ended up not showing up.
