My interview process was in 3 stages.
The first stage was an extremely long video interview with 10 questions to answer. The positive is that it was not timed so you could research but if you exited the process before finishing, you would have to start again from the beginning.
After passing this stage, I then had an initial interview via Teams with to senior members within the S&A teams. There were some motivational questions and some questions around Bloomberg's products and offering. You need to know these in good enough depth to speak about comfortably so try to speak to someone who works for the company before you interview. There was a sales roleplay here also where I had to converse with one of the interviewers and sell them a holiday at a travel agent and ask the right questions to make a good sales pitch.
The final stage was the hardest, I spoke with 2 Head's of Department I believe both within Sales. This interview couldn't really be prepared for as they were very real life example sales questions. They were testing to see resilience, drive, determination, sales acumen etc.
The whole process took about 2-3 weeks and I received an offer very soon after my final stage.
