The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (New York, NY) in Jan 2015
Interview
After applying online I was contacted for a short phone screen with HR, followed by a Superday at the headquarters in NYC. There candidates were interviewed with 2 separate employees in a "speed-dating-like" fashion. Touring the building and a tutorial on the Bloomberg terminals were also included in the NYC day.

Interview
Brief phone interview a week after applying. CV run-through and very general questions. Was told I got to the next round a day later. The HR people were very friendly. The second round interview at the office was early in the morning. Got rejected two days later without any feedback.

Question 1
The second round was at the office. I was interviewed by the head of the sales team and the head of the analytics team. Questions were also around the CV. they asked for some finance basics. There was a role playing part that I didn't do well. They tried to corner me, see how I reacted under pressure.

There were no explanation about the company, role, the agenda of the interview or so on.
Did not feel much appreciation that the candidate came to attend the interview while sacrificing their time as well, which was quite shocking to observe from a big and reputable firm.
