I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (London, England) in Jun 2015
Interview
Video conference for people abroad. Very friendly recruiting staff. The process was rather fast and efficient. They support you in presenting yourself in the best way. No tricks involved. Very strong focus on culture and work ethic. The outlook is good as they seem to have a consistent training program in place. Probably a very good place to kick start your career.

Question 1
How would you deliver an awesome customer experience?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (New York, NY) in Nov 2012
Interview
There was a brief phone interview which was very scripted. Later that night I was informed by email that I would be moving onto the next round on site. The on site interview consisted of a terminal activity for all of the candidates and then a personal interview with two Bloomberg employees. Bloomberg paid for flights, hotel, and additional travel expenses.

Question 1
What do you think of the latest Bloomberg Businessweek cover?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (London, England) in Jun 2015
Interview
I had phone interview firstly, it lasts about 15 min and you generally talk about your skills, Bloomberg's products, competitors, terminal, financial news.
1:1 interview was more intense, lasted about half an hour. The part about yourself was pretty classical, they ask you why you chose finance, what skills you have that is essential for this role etc. etc. In terms of financial knowledge its a bit tougher, you will have to talk about things like asset classes, current news in financial markets and banking. Generally, you also have to know Bloomberg's clients, company culture & competitors.
