Applied through website and was contacted for a phone interview. The phone interview was mostly about my resume and experience. I was then asked to come in for a face to face interview. Again, we went over my interview and then i was asked typical interview questions. A week later i was offered the job

Initial phone call from central recruitment team, which was a vetting process. This was followed by two individual face to face interviews in the local office with the hiring manager, and another manager from the local office (or equivalent).

The interview was very positive, I spoke to a manager from Austria. My impressions were that they wanted to here that your interests and goals coincide with their values. You should tell that you really like to help people, to make their life easier. I was asked what I would do to make a hotel owner believe me, how would I make him sign a contract with booking.com
