Group Interview - Language Test The negative thing that happened here is that they GHOSTED around 10 people, saying they had FILLED the position BEFORE they even gave us an interview. So they wasted around 4 hours of 10 peoples time, and I assuming this was to fill some kind of QUOTA, this is disgusting and they should pay EACH person for the time they have wasted. DISGUSTING behavious. Absolutely DISGUSTING

The interview process was part of a group hiring initiative. Actual interviews were very brief, training was more extensive. Interview only consisted of a single 1 on 1. Training was a group event with 15 new hires which was completed over the course of a week.
