Interview
The application through the website, easy language test. Phone interview. Interview in life with language tests again.
If you apply with additional language there will be two tests.
Also, there will be a role play on the phone with a made-up situation.
If your languages skills are good enough and you can work with customers the interview will be OK.

Received a call from Hr for a phone interview. Her name was marta very nice and professional. Than a second face to face interview where I had to buy my own ticket ro fly to morroco and meet with the hr manager who was not professional and lacked himself experience.

Competency based, questions are not difficult. You will have an advantage if you speak an additional language to english. There will be a phone interview and if you pass that, they will invite you for face to face. The recruitment team are very nice and will make you feel at ease from the get go.
