I applied in-person. I interviewed at Booking.com (Bellevue, WA) in Mar 2015

I firstly got a phone interview after I applied online. One week later, I had been told to do an online test, which was basically an easy typing test. There was an on-site interview after passing the online test. The whole interview experience was good.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (Berlin) in Feb 2017
Interview
Had first a 15 minutes call by phone after passing the IQ test, then I was invited to the assessment day. There I had a test for English and native language, a group work and the face to face interview and the role play. During the day there was a company presentation.
I had a perfect interview, role playing and tests, I was perfect for that job but they didn't hire me, that's unbeliveable!
My tip is to apply only if you are stupid, because if you are intelligent they will make you waste your time and will send you the raspberry email with written that "this time it didn't work"!!
Idiots!
