I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at British Airways (Heathrow, England) in Mar 2014
Interview
A standard set of online questions, followed by aptitude tests and 2 separate days of interview. The first includes a group exercise, an individual task and presentation followed by an interview based on understanding of the business/industry. Final round interview focused mainly on competency and aligning to the BA graduate skillset
It was back to back to back of activities with no breaks until the afternoon where the lunch provided was a meal deal. Overall, a individual exercise, group discussion and interview.

Interview
It was a very typical online interview process for a graduate scheme. Unlike a few others, the next question did not automatically start recording after a couple of minutes. Being able to pause the interview made it less stressful.
