First I was asked if I would like a job and then was offered a brochure. On the Brochure was a date to go to their information seminar. Then forwarding all my personal information online was finally responded to as there is no way to call someone, you have to wait and be considered if your privileged enough. I finally got an email by someone in Chicago who was in HR and after chasing them down I was able to make a date and time for a phone interview. As that day finally came the interviewer never called on the time she was supposed to. She called 5 hours later and then after the call she sent me a letter saying they were pursuing other candidates. That Quickly even though my complete background is in customer service and in nursing care. Then I wrote the person back asking what made her come to this conclusion and she decided she would offer me the privileged to go to the interview processing at the local casino. I was assigned to a thick accented woman (for a call center???) who I believe could not understand my English. Two days later I was given an email saying they were pursuing other candidates. Funny there was a job fair next door and thank goodness I brought my resume with me and gave it to one of the recruiters for another call center who called me in the next day. Guess what I got hired by them after 3 hours of test. I tested high in my typing and all my mock practices of a call center.
