Canva interview questions

Was sent a bunch of questions to be answered in SWOT format. I.e Name your biggest achievement, how did you manage partners etc Answered in alot of detail and did not receive any response.

Pretty standard interview process, definitely suffering from a bit of arrogance with seeing themselves as an employer of choice, maybe this is warranted - I couldn't tell. The initial screen was about why should you be lucky enough to work here rather than what can you bring to the table, why Canva etc. I wasn't feeling it after meeting with the recruiter - they seemed disengaged and expected a huge sell from me. While I appreciate I need to sell myself I also expect the company to show interest in me and my experience beyond why would I be "lucky" enough to join Canva.
