For Capgemini's campus hiring,for analyst role, there's just one interview round that covers multiple aspects. They ask basic DSA theoretical questions, focusing on concepts rather than complex coding. Most of the discussion is around my resume, especially my projects—how I built them, the technologies used, challenges faced, and optimizations. Apart from technical questions, they also check behavioral aspects like teamwork, problem-solving approach, and adaptability. It's a mix of technical and HR questions to assess both my skills and how well I fit into their work culture."
