Capgemini Associate Consultant interview questions

Its little show, typically takes 2 months. 1 technical -here they will be asking technical questions, mostly questions are easy and if you are comfartable with your project and domain you can easily clear. Result will be known in the next month. 1 managerial -Basic questions on how will be coping with pressure. Again result will be known in the next month, you need to be patient 1 HR -will not easily yield to your demand

The Interview was not very technical as I did not know coding. They asked me about myself and whether I knew what the Job Profile was. They also asked why I had chosen one profile over the other as they had come with 2 profiles for Campus Placement. They even explained what I as an Associate Consultant would be doing for the next 2 years in the company. They were looking for people who could give honest answers and explain themselves in a better way. Those who did that were taken in mostly.
