Prior to the personal interview, there was an online aptitude test (hosted by CoCubes) followed by group discussion. Candidates were largely screened during these two rounds. The off-campus recruitment drive which I attended had more than 2000 applicants. By the end of the first two rounds, around 75 remained for the personal interview. The personal interview round was largely technical to some and a mere formality to others. Chances are close to 90% that a candidate is selected if she could make it to the personal interview. Personally, I was not asked many questions- casual "tell me about yourself", "year of completing your graduation" and "who referred you to this company". While others were tested on programming concepts, few were asked HR related stuff. I presume such a difference is based on the candidate's CGPA. I had pretty decent grades in undergrad and post grad, so I think I was spared from the technical round. However, it's just a guess!
