Capgemini Engineering Developer interview questions

1) first there was a resume shortlisting on the basis of academic performance and overall qualifications. 2) Written test which consisted of four sections namely aptitude section, coding skills, general awareness and verbal ability. This was an elimination round around 60% of the candidates were selected for the next round. 3) Group discussion round in which vocal skills and team work of the candidates was tested. this was not an elimination round. 4) finally the last round was personal interview which consisted of questions from candidate's background, academics and general HR. The combined scores of round 3 and 4 were taken into account to prepare the final selected candidates list. Around 35 to 40% were given the selection letter. joining dates was given in the following weeks through email.
