kindly go through mouthshut website and search for aricent interview process before going to interview . Kindly ignore some hr names mentioned in the post they have written same thing what i have faced . Worst Interview process ever in my life . only less expectation matters . If you are a hard worker and money oriented thn don't go there . They don't release offer letter and play with you .
