Capgemini Engineering Junior Software Developer interview questions

At first, you will have an interview in order to know you and your preferences (explain a little bit your CV, what you want to achieve in future), the second interview is gonna be technical.

Contacted by the recruiter on li, made the job interview in the next week with another technical recruiter. He showed up late and never show himself during the interview. He said in the next week I would be contacted by another recruiter to make another interview and in the end if I would have made it, another interview with the client. After 2 weeks from the interview, I followed up to get feedback. He answered I wasn't eliminated and repeated the same thing he said after the interview. After 4 weeks I followed up again, this time without an answer. If they treat their employees as their candidates, especially when they are looking for you and not vice versa, I do not want to work for them.
