I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering in Feb 2023
Interview
The interview process was kinda convoluted and confusing, caused by the company internal structure. First they invited me to the interview. After that, they made me wait several weeks, before concluding they changed their mind and didn't want me in that department, and instead another department would interview me. That other department kept postponing the interview and causing me problems, for example forcing me to reschedule medical appointments. Finally after that other interview, they waited several more days before telling me I didn't pass.
2 rounds. 1 technical 2nd HR. The process was very short and streamlined. Got a call from the HR within 3 days. After one week documents verification call was conducted and received the offer letter in one week.
