Interview
Interview started, the interviewer asked to show my PAN Card.
He took a photo of it & after verification he continued the Interview process.
The Interview was Technical, not HR round.
He asked about myself (Introduction).
I gave my basic Intro, he then saw my resume & then asked about my projects.
Then he asked me to make a program to find second maximum element of the Array. I made it in VsCode.
Then asked me about what languages do I know, I replied C, C++, Python.
Then he asked basic OOPs concepts & Exception-handling.
After which he said : Ok I'm done on my side, if you have any questions, you can ask. I asked about my feedback.
He said : You are pretty-much what I needed, and your pace of answering is good according to your knowledge. Just brush-up you skills.

What is Exception handling in any programming language ?
My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.

The interview process went very smoothly and was well organized. It included 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round, and 1 HR round. The technical interviews focused on Java, Spring Boot, APIs, database concepts, and problem-solving skills. The interviewers were professional, supportive, and provided enough time to explain answers clearly. The managerial and HR rounds were also comfortable and mainly focused on communication, project experience, and overall fit for the role. Overall, it was a positive and professional interview experience.
