I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Capgemini (Pune) in Mar 2020
Interview
I got the call directly from Capgemini.
They told me that there are going to be 2 rounds of interviews and both of them will be technical.
A day after I gave my first round, HR called me and said that I have been selected for the role and I have to submit my documents. All of this happened on 31-Mar-20.
I was confused and happy at the same time.
So submitted my documents on 31-Mar-20. After a week later, I received another email which was also for document submission. I informed them about my previous email, but also submitted my document again on 04-Apr-20.
After couple of follow-ups, I received another email on 16-Apr-20 saying that, I have been selected, but the process is taking slightly longer than usual time due to unavoidable reasons. Stay connected.
Since then, I have not received any communication related to my selection. And I also stopped asking.

Interview
worst process ever. I have cleared the rounds. and they asked for documents for back ground verification. Due to covid-19, they told me it will take time. After 1 month when i asked for the update. They told they freezed my candidature. If it is so impossible for you guys to process some candidature then you should not call for interview process. Waste of time.
