Interview process was good but it could be better. Capgemini HR reached out to me directly for availability on weekend. I booked a slot. However, the interview is first come-first serve basis and does not exactly follow the booked time. I had to wait for more than half an hour for the next available panelist. Also after the interview was completed, some confusing emails arrived that says I should have waited to hear from the HR. The interview itself was good, very straight forward and to the point. The HR round was not very clear. They asked me for documents and expectation, and directly rolled out the offer. I expected to have a detailed dicussion on the compensation, designation and other benefits before receiving the offer. Overall it was good experience.
