I applied online. I interviewed at Capital One (Nottingham, England) in Oct 2020
Interview
1. Online Application
2. 3 Aptitude Tests
3. One-way Online Interview
There were 7 questions for this interview: 4 video responses (2 behavioural, 2 situational) and 3 email responses that involved some maths. The questions themselves were easy, however the system they used was awful. My responses for the last 2 videos were not recorded and there was no way for me to rectify this. The email response questions are very unclear.
It is a shame that the online interview process is so bad as I was initially very excited by the prospect of working for Capital One. Even if I was to pass this stage I seriously doubt I would take this application any further as it came across as very unprofessional in comparison to the other interviews I have completed.

Interview
I completed the online test and then received invitation for online video recording round and after that I didn't proceed further. It looks like they focus on company name rather how we person the interview.

Interview
Very smooth interview process. You are contacted by HR beforehand, and they assist with your case interview preparation. They say you can come from any degree background but you definitely need some prior business knowledge. They expect you to know business equations and terminology.
