Talked to the recruiter they asked standard questions about background and experience. The recruiter then states that they pass along profile for the hiring manager to look at and then move forward if they feel you’re fit.

First, I completed a one way interview conducted through HireVue, where I recorded responses to preset questions, and then I proceeded to an actual interview with a recruiter, which allowed for a more interactive conversation about my experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
