Capital One Project Manager interview questions

Unprofessional interviewer The interview was conducted over zoom but it was clear that the interviewer was not paying attention. She constantly looked beyond the screen/camera and made eye communication with someone else. She was smiling and making facial expressions that weren't relevant to the conversation. Very disrespectful and rude.

it is a well structured process, follow the examples they provide you with. the you tube videos are very close to real. don’t over think the questions. The quantitative questions are structured to be intuitive.
