You apply online. If you are selected, you are invited to first submit a video presentation of 3 questions you are asked, then if you do well you go on for a video interview using cisco webex. If you pass that then an in person interview at a location of a cisco partner.

It was pretty generic, they asked a lot about times id worked in a team, asked about my technical background. Helps to know about their tech, maybe skim the ccna

Overall the process is good, you have to be confident and prepare the visual presentation with the structure and mainly - asking the right questions for identifying the best solution

It was good but very lengthy. I had 6 interviews and the process took a long time. Many different stakeholders. Last interview was a panel interview with role play which lasted about an hour
