Question 1
Just know your Resume 100%. Nothing really technical if you have interviewed with a bank before but some technical questions off your resume are fair game. They want hard working people who actually want to work there.
1st round 20 min skype interview, then final round superday at NY headquarters. Superday had 4 interviews ( 1 on 1 technical, leadership, work experience, and case study)

Question 1
Case study on a company with numerous issues (financial, ethical, product)
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Citi in Oct 2010
Interview
I applied through a posting on my college's career center website. I had a 15 minute screening interview over the phone. That night, I heard that my resume made it into the "target school" resume book, from which I could be selected for a first-round interview. My first-round interview was 2 consecutive half-hour phone interviews. If I made it past that, I would have gone to the super-day in NY.
