Tell me about a time you anticipated a potential problem and describe the actions you took
1st round Video interview with a hiring manager at the firm on zoom for 20-30 minutes after passing the online assessment. 4 Questions were asked but none of them were technical questions, rather just questions focusing on yourself and your interest in the firm and role.
Citi’s interview process is fast-paced and structured: online application, assessments, HireVue video interview, then one or two competency- and motivation-based interviews focusing on teamwork, integrity, analytical thinking and genuine interest in finance.
