Prima interview con she MD (uno di Dubai e uno di Londra) principalmente behavioural e motivazionale con qualche domanda base tecnica. Super day con tre interview a rotazione da 30 minuti ciascuna: una tecnica, una behavioural e una leadership. Tecnica: accounting, corporate valuation e un’acquisizione recente. Motivazionale: domande sul cv, perché citi etc. più altre domande tecniche. Leadership: situazionale.
Had one call, asked high level technical questions for example on the yield curve, current news, and interest rates. The interviewer gave me no indication of whether I would move on to the next round or not or how I was doing during the interview.
three rounds not that hard. applied 10 days before contacted for an email questionaire, then 1st round panel interview with two people, two days later got an email calendar invite for a 2nd round interview in two business says.

After the Online Assessment , 1 tech interview then HR round and then offer roll out . prefer java for OA coding. 3 coding question did entirely based on java as java was preferable and got shorlisted
