Interviewed with Citi, Belfast, for different role just a few days prior. They were all Video Conference Interviews via Zoom. The interviewers were always the supervisor for the new role and hiring personnel for the role and would take turns asking questions.
The interviewers use the same template sheet they base on their Leadership standards asking similar or same questions. Questions are long and wordy. They went straight from introducing themselves to the first question on the sheet. They stuck to sheet in-front of them, taking notes and moving onto the next questions.
