The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Citi (Pune)
Interview
Done with 3 rounds
1.L1 technical - Remote
2.L2 technical - Remote
3.L3 technical - F2F
The first 2 rounds where good and making sense. The third face to face round was of no sense and the panel was already decided not to select candidates. They took interviews just because HR invited the candidate and candidate is at reception.
Just waste of time!!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Citi (Tampa, FL) in May 2023
Interview
The first round was a panel-type interview. No coding, just in-depth Core Java 8 (streams, multi-threading, concurrency), Data Structures(Hashmap), and Spring knowledge(JPA, etc). The second round is the same as the first round but with VP asking questions about core Java, data structures, SQL, and Spring. They ask very in-depth questions, probing for deep knowledge of the subject matter. Overall, very friendly and asked solid questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2023
Interview
The worst interview I have ever been on. Not only did they send someone who could barely speak English but the one person who could (the other interviewer) was very disrespectful and demeaning. During my answers to questions he would be shaking his head and doing all manner of actions on camera. They asked some foolish questions which in my opinion do not at all test your level of experience or ability to perform on the job.
