Interview
Interview process consists of 3 rounds.
First is on basic questions on java, spring and second round is advanced on java, spring, hibernate. Final round is HR. After discussion with HR about salary breakup and negotiation on salary package, HR informed me that she will release offer tomorrow. I waited for 2 days. 2nd day i got a call from HR and she said that, "Having problem in releasing offer letter". I was shocked and want to know what was the cause. She replied me that they are not able to provide the package that i am drawing. This is second time, offer letter wasn't release for me. If these companies not able to provide the package atleast the person that he is drawing then why these people unnecessarily waste time of us. Even though i selected in both technical rounds, they haven't released offer.

Mainly focus on cor java , spring boot and microservices
2 technical rounds followed by HR round. All rounds will happen virtually. Technical round with some problem solving questions. Also topics related the latest tech stacks, updates and real time challenges faced in past projects. Current project tasks and responsibilities.

Performance issue faced and solution I have worked.
Walk-in interview it was and they selected few of the candidates and I was one of them we had 3 rounds of interview and in HR round they finalized offer and they said we will get that in few days but lateron after 2 weeks someone from cognizant called and started saying "you need to give one more client interview if you pass that then only offer will be rolled out". I thought I was the only one who stuck with cognizant in this postion but I heard from other candidates also that they did the same and till now they haven't scheduled client interview not they have given any offers. Very bad experience never try to give interview in cognizant again.
